CalDAV-based shared calendaring app bundled with Nextcloud: team calendars, event invites, resource booking. If your org already runs Nextcloud (e.g. for Office Suite), enabling this is zero extra infrastructure -- just turning on the calendar app on the same instance. If not, it means deploying Nextcloud itself first, which is still a free self-hosted install on its own.
Usage Notes
Syncs with any CalDAV-compatible client (Thunderbird, most phone calendar apps) so people aren't locked into a web UI.
